Processing Time We hand-pack every order right here at the orchard. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak harvest or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Timelines

Standard Shipping: We primarily ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to ensure your syrups arrive quickly and safely.

Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.
Heavy & Fragile Shipments Syrups and caramels are heavy and shipped in glass. We take great care in our packaging to ensure they arrive in one piece. Because of the weight, we recommend bundling products (like our 3-packs or Crates) to get the most value out of your shipping costs.
Domestic Only At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and email us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right!
