At Athol Orchards, we are guided by the rhythm of the harvest. Our antique orchard is home to rare and historical apple varieties that only peak at specific times of the year. To honor these fleeting moments, we are developing a series of Seasonal & Limited Releases, specialty syrups, preserves, and orchard-inspired goods that capture a single time and place.

We are currently in the kitchen and the fields, perfecting new recipes that celebrate the "useful purposes" of our heritage fruit. These small-batch releases will be available only while the harvest lasts.
